Combining the design with my favorite botanical design, a bow and typography.
This design here comes nearer and nearer to the design that I am envisioning for so long.
In the design, this phrase is written, "Just a Nurse who Loves Jesus", targeting a Christian Nurse.
The bow, flowers, stethoscope, even the fonts are but a combination of the bestselling t-shirt designs I found in different well-known print-on-demand.
Adding in it my personal touch and color choices. The first design after two weeks of focusing to our relocation from one apartment to the other and then to a condo.
I made this design after work. Not the typical times I do designing because I am too busy during my day off. I am now trying to interject time for design during my week days, incorporating it to my household chores. You know -- multitasking -- cooking while designing.
This design is for a nurse, I know nothing about this profession except short encounters with the nurses in the clinic or hospitals that I've been through. If there's one Word that I could describe them, it is the word, "Care" because they care.
How much more if they are Christian?
Don't they deserve a well-thought out gift that shows their calling and their love for Jesus?
Colossians 3: 23-24 says, "23 Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, 24 since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."
It's easy to have our identity tied to our careers, but how about our identity with Jesus? We must proclaim it to the world, too.
If you're a nurse who have deeper relationship with Lord, show it through this t-shirt.
